Pure Ceylon black tea with flavour (strawberry 1.75%, blueberry 1% & raspberry 0.75%) , real blueberry 0.5% and raspberry 0.5% fruit pieces.

Ceylon spice and an exceptional Ceylon tea are combined to offer an aromatic and energetic brew. A malty Ceylon Single Estate BOP Special fused with real clove, ginger and cinnamon produce a unique Ceylon chai. The piquancy of clove is enhanced by the woody sweetness of cinnamon, and a medium bodied doombagastalawa BOP Special tea. A hint of gingery warmth adds to a refreshing and aromatic finish. An uplifting, full bodied Chai.
Ingredient
Ceylon black tea with Ceylon cinnamon bark 10%,ginger root 8%, cloves buds 7% and lemongrass 5%
Bold, twisted leaf appearance and in the cup, reasonably coloury, bright and pungent. The larger pekoe leaf gives this tea less colour and strength than the Uva BOPF also offered on our Tea Menu although many may find the lighter taste of this tea preferable for it retains the Uva character. Very pleasant for drinking at any time of day, suitable for drinking without milk although let your taste dictate whether you add milk or not. Purists would of course condemn the addition of anything that may alter the flavour of this wonderful tea, and we would agree that one should savour the character and flavour first before adding milk or sugar. A great Ceylon tea for general consumption.
